We are a happy, confident and outgoing family of four in the Northfields area of Ealing. Our two children - a boy aged 12 and a girl aged 10 - are fun and love people and activities. My wife and I both have busy jobs and our children are very used to a nanny / housekeeper helping with the day to day.
We are looking for a nanny / housekeeper who can help our children to manage their busy schedules in an engaging and positive environment, as well as clean, manage laundry, and run small errands for the whole family.
Position required from Monday 4 September.
This is a live-out position covering all normal duties for the supervision of the children including cooking healthy meals and encouraging homework, reading, and music practice. School pick up is not required as the children are old enough to bring themselves home.
The role also includes light cleaning (we have a cleaner for full house clean), laundry washing for the children, ironing, and some small errands for the whole family (e.g. Small food shopping trips or taking in and collecting dry cleaning).
Occasional opportunities for babysitting will be available.
Driving not required. Non-smoker essential. Living locally is an advantage. Excellent English required.
The role is for between 12 - 16 hours per week Monday to Thursday (depending on your availability). This covers a minimum of after school care from 3.30 to 6.30 pm Monday to Thursday (or potentially 2:30 – 6:30). There will also be the opportunity to earn more through babysits or during the holidays.
Competitive salary negotiable.
