We are a French family living in Islington and are seeking a caring, fun and pro-active 'After-School Nanny' for our son Antoine, six years old. Our former Nanny has moved on to start up her own dog walking business.
Duties

Collect Antoine promptly from school at 3:10pm.
Take him to after-school activities, play dates or park.
Return to his house via bus and supervise bath time; then have some 'quiet time' before encouraging him to play/undertake activities (feel free to be creative here)
One night per week - cook dinner with him (please join him for dinner too)
From time to time we may ask you to collect Antoine’s sister, two years old, at the nursery nearby.

Work locations
School: Near Tottenham Court Road Tube Station.
Home: Close to Angel Tube station
Other particulars
Start Date: 8 October 2022. We are ideally looking for someone who could commit until June 2022.
Rate: £11 per hour
Days: Mon-Friday (term time only - but some work during school holidays may be arranged if suitable for both parties)
Hours: 3:00pm - 6:30pm
Contract arranged between the nanny and our family.
Some additional baby-sitting opportunities may be available each month which can be discussed.
Antoine is an active 6 years old and this role is really about being a 'big sister/brother' to him; we are looking for someone who has the initiative to keep him interested and involved without the use of TV/video games; we are happy for the Nanny to take the lead on this.
French is a plus but not absolutely essential. Cooking as well.
