We are a liveky family of 5, plus 2 cats and a dog. We need after school care for our youngest son, aged 10. The role requires collection 4 days per week from school -on the bus each day except Weds. We need approximately 2 hours (3.50-600) Mon approximately 3 hours Tues and Friday (350-7) and 2.5 hours hours Thursday (5.00/ 7.30). We may ask you to babysit for another 3 hours on a Thursday or another night by agreement. He also needs taking to local clubs, the occasional play date with friends and supervision with homework and piano practice. He and his 2 older siblings (aged 15 and 18) need a well cooked supper each night. The successful applicant will like children, and enjoy cooking decent family fare (both meat and vegetarian) have energy and a positive outlook. They are all good kids, well mannered and kind natured. We need someone to help create a warm environment for them to come home to. The successful applicant will speak excellent English, be a very good communicator and be 100% reliable. Tidying up after supper and any games is also needed - though the kids can help! We are a close family, with a good sense of humour and are looking for someone who can add to our family. We had our first nanny for 15 years and still see her on a regular basis as a friend. Ideally you will have worked with kids before or at least have younger siblings. Not suitable for anyone with pet allergies.
The total hours each week will be 15 so we pay £165 per week plus any tax due. We also give paid holiday though ask you to coordinate that with us and if preferable take some in the school holidays.
