We are looking for a lively, enthusiastic, honest and reliable person to collect our 10 year old daughter from school in W14, four days a week (Monday to Thursday). Approximate hours would be 3.45-6.45pm term-time, and extra babysitting and holiday hours are also available. We are looking for the person to start at the beginning of September. No driving is required as the school is walking distance from our home.

Personality and reliability are more important to us than lots of childcare qualifications. We want our 10 year old to be happy and get on with the person and would like someone who would interact well with her and be genuinely interested in her. Fluent English and ability to help with homework is a fundamental requirement.

Some simple cooking/food preparation will be required. It would suit someone who is local to us.

We would require the person to have two references. Pay would be around £9/£10 per hour (depending on experience). It might suit someone who already has a child or is looking for a second job.
