We are Wimbledon based and looking for after school childcare for our two 11 year old sons until at least February. They are starting year 7 in a new school in September. They enjoy sports, Scouts and reading in their spare time.
During term time the hours would be 4:00pm to 7:00pm Monday to Friday. During some half terms and school holidays the role would be full time. We can agree exact holiday hours and dates. We may be able to flex times and days for after school care and so happy to discuss. There could also be additional babysitting opportunities. Start date September 2022. Competitive salary, dependent on experience.
The boys travel home from school on their own. Key aspects of the role include:
- preparing dinner for the boys and tidying up afterwards
- supporting the boys in completing their homework
- doing the boys' laundry
- helping the boys to tidy their rooms
- playing board games and taking the boys out to the park
- arranging play dates and other activities
