We are a friendly family in Fulham looking for a live-out nanny to look after our 5 year old daughter on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday before and after school in term time, and full days in the school holidays.
We are looking for a reliable, kind and energetic person with at least 3 years' childcare experience.
The term-time hours will be before school (07:40-08:40), after school (15:20-18:20), and one evening until 20:00.
Ability to work full days in the school holidays is needed (hours approximately. 07:45-18:15).
The role will include taking and collecting our daughter to and from school (which is very near our home address), helping with reading and homework, playing or taking to activities, cooking her dinner, organising bath time, and taking care of her until we get home. Our daughter is bright, fun and enthusiastic, and we are looking for someone who can think of lots of activities for after school and in the holidays. This is a childcare role (no cleaning expected) but someone who can be flexible about taking deliveries or running the occasional errand would be really appreciated.
We are looking for a nanny who has:
Excellent spoken and written English
Verifiable references
A DBS check (or willing to get this)
A first aid certificate (or willing to do this)
Is a non-smoker
This is a permanent position, and we would love someone who is looking for a long term role. This would be a great job for a teaching assistant.
The start date is flexible but the latest start date would be the first week of September.
Salary is negotiable depending on your experience and qualifications.
