After School, Part-time, Spanish Speaking Chidcare for Girls Age 6 and 8
Summary

We are looking for a part-time after school childcarer/nanny/au pair.
Working days: Tuesdays (4.15-6.45), Wednesdays (3.15-6.45) and Fridays (3.15-6.45)
Additional days childcare and babysitting also available.
Additional hours housekeeping available if required.
We live between Hammersmith and Barons Court tube station.
The children’s school is across the Hammersmith Bridge in Barnes.
Live out is preferred but would consider live in depending on circumstances.

Responsibilities:

Collect children from school (bus ride and walk across Hammersmith Bridge)
Sole charge of the children at our home.
After school trips to the parks, supervise reading practice/homework, oversee arrangements for friends coming to play or collecting from friends' houses.
Some light housekeeping duties, such as keeping rooms tidy and things required to keep house running smoothly.
Prepare snacks and supper for the children.
Optional extra hours cleaning/housekeeping if extra hours employment required.

Essential requirements

Childcare experience, to be confirmed with references check.
First Aid Certificate/experience
Available to attend interview in person
Fluent Spanish speaker*
Basic to intermediate English

*Our first language is English, but we lived in South America for 4 years so we understand/speak good Spanish and are happy to speak in Spanish to you. It is important that you are able to speak sufficient English to communicate with the school etc when necessary.
