Aesthetic Sales Required in London

This is an exciting opportunity to join a multi- site established, luxury beauty/retail company. We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Sales and Training Manager.
The purpose of this role: is to increase stakeholders awareness in all Aesthetic and Laser offerings, to improve Laser systems and training and to increase Laser revenue.
Introduce ‘New Aesthetic Business’ – treatments/products etc. From conception through to implementation and recruitment
To manage and oversee a high standard of training to support the main objectives of the business and identify weak revenues streams
Work with Boutique Managers to strengthen them and ultimately increase revenue.
You will combine experience and vision to grow sales and profitability, while identifying areas for improvement at every opportunity.
You will mentor the Boutique Managers, setting the standard for your teams in everything you do.
You will generate a sales-focused environment where exceptional customer experience is the driving force. You will work with your peers and management teams to exceed all expectations through passion, dedication and a culture of excellence. With an eye for detail you’ll always be thinking of ways to grow the reputation for offering the complete luxury experience, to enable the business to excel in turnover and profit.
Duties will include but not be limited to:-
• Formulate agreed sales plan with MD to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for all boutiques
• Driving the sales and performance through excellent monitoring and mentoring of all Boutique Managers, setting clear direction, providing feedback and support.
• Training all new starters in Laser and Aesthetic treatments so that they are totally confident in all areas of their role
• Managing the reporting of all monthly targets and actual sales across all Boutiques including variance analysis and investigation of any unachieved targets.
• Maximize KPI performance through close monitoring, review and follow up of actions
• To monitor product / treatment performance and availability, providing solutions where improvement is needed.
• To set and communicate customer service standards, ensuring that all Boutique employees understand these standards and deliver against them
• To recognise and reward service excellence through regular performance reviews
• To build, develop and maintain relationships with 3rd Party Partners
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes/skills:
• Must have a minimum of 5 years senior management experience ideally in a multi- site Beauty/Retail company or Area/Regional Manager where you managed in excess of £3 million turn over
• Have evidence of sales and performance management achievements
• experience in forecasting and business strategy planning with excellent analytical skills
• An inspirational leader with a can do attitude and ability to see the bigger picture and drive long term progression
• Articulate with excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English and the ability to liaise with both finance and non-finance individuals.
• Ability to demonstrate good attention to detail, good judgement showing logical decision making, and a hands on approach
• Computer literate with excellent Excel skills and a good understanding accounts and financial reporting.
• Preferably NVQ3/NVQ4 qualification in Beauty Therapy with a good understanding of Laser treatments
• Candela Lasers would be an advantage
