We are currently hiring for an Administrator with Operational and coordinating responsibilities. Your role will be involved with the coordination and implementation of office procedures and frequently have responsibility for specific projects and tasks and, in some cases, oversee and supervise the work of junior staff but mainly coordinating the movement of products, services and ensure seamless execution of projects.
The day to day work will vary and the role holds a huge level responsibility. The position required impeccable written and oral communication, word processing and typing, and requires relevant skills such as IT, organisational and presentation skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
Responsibilities
Common tasks include:
dealing with telephone and email enquiries;
scheduling and attending meetings, creating agendas and taking minutes
organising travel for staff.
using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc, to produce correspondence and documents and to maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases;
devising and maintaining office systems;
using content management systems.
liaising with colleagues and external contractors
manipulating statistical data;
arranging in-house and external events.
As a Global brand being able to work with companies and companies from around the world is a key skill required for this role.
Basic IT knowledge of smart phones, ipad and laptops is desired but not essential.
Office hours are 9-6 Monday to Friday however overseeing projects from smart phone remotely outside of these hours is typical and expected.
Immediate starting role with 24k Starting salary raised after probation, with Hire Tablets Monthly Operational Bonus schemes and Pay rises you can expect to have an OTE of 30k in your first year.
Ability to travel and have a valid, restriction free passport is essential.
