Master Class Properties Ltd and Casa Estate Agents Ltd are looking for an Office Administrator / Co-Coordinator to work alongside and assist the Sales and Lettings team with all administrative duties. This job opportunity is best suitable for someone who can work under pressure and work with deadlines, who is very organized and pays attention to detail, someone with initiative, someone innovative, responsible, self-motivated with good communication skills and enthusiastic. Someone with experience would be ideal, however, this is not necessary
Our professional and qualified team will support every step of the way and will provide you day to day training.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the negotiators by arranging viewings, answering incoming calls and advertising property particulars online
- Be proactive in providing administrative support for branch staff
- Liaising with negotiators and clients to resolve problems
- Liaising with both landlords and tenants
- Arranging and dealing with maintenance
- Entering data and filing paperwork
- Preparing documentation (contracts and other legal documents)
- Dealing with rental incomes
- Updating the relevant databases
Working hours Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.30pm.
