Administrator Repair Maintenance

Job Descriptions:
We are currently looking for an administrator for our repair maintenance department. The role presents a great opportunity with excellent prospects for career progression within our ever-expanding friendly team.

The main duties of the role will include:
Taking calls from clients, liaising with tenant’s and the daily repair and maintenance issues, property management issues, use of specialist software etc.
Booking in jobs and assign them to the appropriate builders/engineers.
Preparation of standard letters, notices, emails etc.
Assistance with property management queries.
Phone management
Input property/contract details into company database.
Provide support to the Directors
Answering telephone calls and dealing with email inquiries.
General office admin duties
Organise and maintain the office filing system.
Working with the finance team to ensure that our invoicing and receipts systems are up to date.
Inputting data on the in-house database system.

The position is extremely varied you must have an excellent well-spoken phone manner. To possess strong communication and people skills are essential with the ability to Mediate, co-ordinate and resolve day to day issues in a polite and positive manner dealing with landlords and tenants. Also, a vital skill needed is attention to detail. Trustworthy and good time management, organizational skills and customer service approach are key elements. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable of Microsoft Office programs and Microsoft Outlook.
You must also be flexible to cover other colleague’s position/roles as and when required. A proven track record of administration roles is an advantage. Must have GCSE’s  A‘levels or relevant qualification.
