Key requirements and duties
Must be well organised and diligent in conducting all duties and tasks.
Possess excellent customer service skills and telephone manner, being the first point of contact for new and current clients.
Provide critical assistance to the Director on business related matters.
Able to efficiently and effectively deal with in-bound enquiries, enhancing the customer journey and experience.
Inbound/outbound mail and parcel organisation and sorting.
Responsible for orders of office supplies and other materials.
Scheduling of meetings and events
General administrative and filing duties, including updating of company CRM.
Develop and manage the company Social Media output.
A real team player who brings energy and enthusiasm to the role.
Be adaptable to the changing needs of the business as it continues to grow.
Hours approximately 8am-6pm
Essential qualifications and skills
Basic math skills, competent with Microsoft Office packages and QuickBooks , excellent verbal and written communication skills, well presented, possess experience of working within the security industry, minimum 50wpm, English speaking, a team player who will bring energy and enthusiasm to the role.
Prequalification Criteria
Have 1 or more years of experience working for similar security/CCTV/alarm companies.
Located in north London (accessible to Seven Sister/ Stamford Hill area)
Speak fluent English
