Administrator for Property Maintenance Company in Chelsea Harbour 20K

We are an established property maintenance and building company, based in London SW6.
The advertised job will involve some basic bookkeeping and general office admin, including assisting two directors with various daily tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a few years' experience in an admin role and have an excellent eye for detail. We expect this to be a role that will evolve quickly and offer lots of challenges.
You must be experienced working with Excel and have a good knowledge of computers in general.
The job will involve entering materials expenses into cloud based CRM system, general filing, gathering information for staff time sheets, assisting with the management of information for the vehicle fleet, keeping stock lists up to date, chasing up outstanding payments and sending statements when needed. These are just some of the regular tasks you can expect to be involved with, but is by no means exhaustive.
