We are a small friendly company and we have 12 apartments which we rent to tourists and business travellers.
Flexible part time position 35 hours a week.
Training provided.
The guests stay for an average of three days and we need someone to respond and process the online bookings and answer the guests questions prior to their stay by email.
Also to coordinate the cleaning company and other service providers report any issues to maintenance team.
Much of this work can be done from home and we also have a small office in Clerkenwell. Flexitime, but 2-3 days per week on site need to get to know the business.

The main job consists of sending out the email confirmation using our website and it will be necessary for the right candidate to have a good knowledge of computer literacy and experience of email correspondence / using email templates and editing them when required.
They should also have good customer service skills in dealing with the guest experience and have a good use of spoken and written english.
This job will allow for flexible work practice and will allow for some working from home, but will also require visiting the apartments 2-3 times a week to check quality of cleaning etc.
All check-in is automated so there is no need to meet and greet guests, but you need to be continuously available on the phone to answer questions.
