MIT Property Consultants are a small friendly company based in Holland Park. We are looking for an Admin person with PA duties. experience not necessary but enthusiasm and willingness to learn is important!
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm.
Salary: £9.00 per hour. - Answering the telephone and dealing with client enquiries.
- Sending emails to clients.
- Upload properties onto Software.
- Occasionally attend property viewings
- Network on behalf of the company at Events
- Run errands
- Keep office neat and tidy
- Order stationary when required
- Letter writing
- Client, Tenant and Split Commission Invoices
- Draw up Contracts
- Make weekly availability lists for Properties
We are looking for someone who is able to work under pressure, has computer skills and it is paramount that you can use your own initiative. As you will be answering the phone and writing emails, you must be able to speak, read and write Fluent English.
