We are currently looking for an administrative assistant/office assistant to join our Watch Repair Company based in London's West End.
The role is to provide secretarial and administrative support to a team of 6 watchmakers and to ensure the office is run in a smooth and efficient manner.
Duties will include:
Greet customers at reception
Answer and action telephone calls
Process sale orders, invoices and payments
Typing of all correspondence
In order to be successful for the role you;
must be well presented
have a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and QuickBooks
have the ability to plan and manage your own day
will be able to adapt to demands and changes within the business and still remain professional , focused and motivated
will be an extremely organised individual with the ability to meet deadlines
must be able to work supportively and effectively within a team
have experience as an office administrator/ office assistant in a busy office environment-minimum 2 years experience
experience of the watch trade desirable but not essential
Job Type: Full time Monday - Friday 9-530
Salary dependent on experience
