More Than Enough Ltd, the company that houses all of the Marisa Peer activity, is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant. Marisa Peer is a world-renowned therapist, teacher and speaker who has started to teach her unique methodology to people who wish to practice as therapists themselves. Marisa has a diverse range of products ranging from bestselling books and audios, to online and live courses.
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include providing support to our managers and employees and assisting in daily "office" needs.
Please note that this role will be a REMOTE working role.
Responsibilities include :
1) Organize and schedule appointments
2) Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters etc
3) Book travel arrangements
4) Liaise with management to handle requests and queries
5) Assist in the preparation of activity reports
6) Adhoc admin requests of a various nature
Requirements :
1) Proven experience as an admin assistant or virtual assistant
2) Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
3) Own office equipment, namely PC/Mac and telephone
4) Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular), Google (Mail, Docs, etc)
5) Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
6) Attention to detail and problem solving skills
7) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
8) Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
