Recruiting for a diligent and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join a family-run business in the luxury world.
Position: Administrative Assistant
Start Date: 3rd or 4th week of January
Full Time
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supporting on general administrative tasks.
- Managing stock inventory
- Data entry and maintaining databases
- Raising invoices
- Support on social media activity
- Ad hoc research

Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities with flexibility and enthusiasm.
- Work effectively and professionally with staff of all levels.
- Proficiency in Adobe PhotoShop and InDesign preferable but not mandatory.
Previous experience is preferable but not necessary.
