Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
About us
Bharti Vyas Beauty Centre is a high end salon based in trendy Marylebone. We provide bespoke holistic therapies to London's elite. We have been established for 30 years and have become recognised as industry leaders in our field. We provide in-house treatments with our expertly trained therapists and an at-home product range for clients to use between visits.
The business is family run and as such all staff members have a close bond and the business structure is very flat.
What we are looking for:
At present, we are looking to add to our team to facilitate the work load and give someone enthusiastic about the industry the opportunity to develop a career.
The role will entail:
- Being front of house, welcoming clients into the salon.
- Taking phone calls (inquiries, bookings, cancellation etc.)
- Coordinate staff bookings and room availability.
- Taking payments (cash and credit card)
- Updating digital client records
- Handling on confidential sensitive data.
- Stock control
- Cashing up daily
- Other general administrative duties
Candidates wishing to apply should have:
- GCSE level passes in Maths and English
- Computer literate (incl. MS Word, Excel etc.) in house software will be trained.
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Smartly dressed and well groomed
- Flexible and adaptable
- Welcoming and friendly personality
Working hours:
Tue, Thu and Fri: 9.30-18.00
Wed: 9.30-19.00
Saturday : 9.00-17.00
Sun: 10.00-16.00
Candidate will work 5 days/week, with min. 2 Sundays/month.
