The Marketers Forum are looking for an office apprentice to support the team in improving the smooth running of the services we provide. Join an amazing team and be involved in the making of great training courses.
Established in June 2004, The Marketers Forum Ltd (TMF) designs and delivers professional training courses that will engage, challenge and inspire you. We have designed an exciting new approach to training, informed by sound research and specifically designed to meet your needs.
Entry requirements:
Minimum grade C-A* in five GCSE, including Maths and English (or Functional Skills level 2 in both). You will also have good knowledge of IT including all Microsoft packages. Ideally, we are looking for recent school leavers and non-graduates for the role.
Outline:
Qualification and training: Business Administrator Advanced level apprenticeship
Location: (nearest station) Oval, London
1 Administration
1. Managing course registers
2. Update assessment results
3. Update tutor results
4. Assessment bookings
5. Good practice example requests
6. Updating database lists
7. Check attendance reports
8. Updating/adding course bookings
9. Maintaining deferral list
10. Update Course portals
11. General administrative duties
2 Events
1. Confirmation of delegate attendance at events
2. Event administration
3 Communication
1. Communication (phone and e-mail) with delegates
2. Referral scheme management
3. Send deferral requests to awarding bodies
Hours are 9am to 5:30pm, Mon-Fri
