We are looking for a well presented and organised administration manager who will be excited by the opportunity to join a dynamic team of Estate Agents. The successful candidate will be responsible for all admin duties and supporting the sales and lettings team.
The ideal person must have the following experience/prerequisites:
• Excellent written and verbal use of English.
• Good computer skills and proficient in Office programs (Internet Explorer, Microsoft Office Suite- Word, Outlook, Excel and Publisher).
• Ability to manage/interact with others with courtesy
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to prioritise, multi-task and do all basic office administration
• Well presented, professional, honest and trustworthy
• Ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
• Very effective organisational skills
• Maintain office equipment and anticipate needed supplies
• References essential
