Administration Manager Needed

Yarto Europe Limited is a leading supplier of gift products to museums and heritage sites, serving the Domestic and International markets. We have been established for over 40 years and are now looking to fill the position of "Customer Services / Administration Manager". The successful candidate must be honest, personable, friendly, reliable, broad-minded and have plenty of common sense. The role will require the ability to liaise with customers by telephone and email, be proficient in the use of Xero, Excel and Windows for the purpose of raising orders, invoicing, creating spreadsheets for the purpose of customer quotations, sales analysis etc. experience / Understanding of social media software is also an advantage for the purpose of keeping our ranges updated through our website, Twitter, Facebook etc.  Web design experience and experience with Amazon / eBay  would also be a bonus (however not essential).  We will also prefer the successful candidate to be willing to participate in product development ideas and attendance to support us at our Exhibitions when required. We are a small Company, doing big things,.so the prospective candidate must be comfortable working in a close, friendly environment. We do not expect any candidate to walk into the job without receiving some training, as it will take time to learn the depth of our product range and office systems.
