Administration Internship
Rhythms of Life is a registered charity that provides food, clothing and support to the homeless and the most vulnerable individuals in London. Our team distributes supplies directly on the street. We are a group of dedicated volunteers who work together to help the homeless 7 days a week.
As an administration intern, you will be responsible for responding appropriately to emails/phone calls and co-ordinating our volunteers and charity partners. Duties will include filing, data entry, scheduling and calendar management.
With the support and guidance of our established volunteers you will gain skills in communication, administration and document preparation.
We are looking for someone who is punctual, organised and able to show initiative. You must be enthusiastic, team-orientated and passionate about improving the lives of homeless people and those who are poverty stricken. Previous administration and/or voluntary experience is preferred.
You would be based at our head office in Tower Street, Covent Garden.
We ask for a commitment of 2-3 days a week and for a minimum time period of 3 months.
