We are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join a company which has its roots in the accounting sector. You will be joining a small team and given an opportunity to develop office administrative skills through on-going training and development.
Daily duties will include:
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Scanning
- Mail forwarding
- Sorting out the documents
- Filing
- Keeping database up to date
- Data input
- Generate reports
- Companies house submissions
- HMRC registrations
- Applying for customers bank accounts
- General ad hoc administrative duties as required
What we are looking for:
- No previous experience required, full training will be provided
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping or/and accounting will be advantage
- Good communication skills and high attention to detail
- Logic and common sense thinking
- Flexibility and willingness to learn
- Self motivated and adaptable individual, able to work on your own
- Ability to multi-task
This is a part time job offer: Monday – Thursday, 9:00 – 13:00
