Entry requirements:
1. Minimum grade C-A* in five GCSE, including Maths and English(or Functional Skills level 2 in both). You will also have good knowledge of IT including all Microsoft packages. 2. Ideally, we are looking for recent school leavers and non-graduates for the role.
Location: nearest stations Camden Town and Camden Road, London
1. Create an amazing experience for our members, guests andpartners.
i. Ensure the space runs smoothly and is fully operational.
ii. Answering general phone and member enquiries.
iii. Answering general member enquiries.
iv. Monitor supplies, including office materials, cleaning equipment and member supplies.
v. Assist the Membership Manager with events, from concept development, communication to hosting events.
2. Create a collaborative community – internally and externally.i. Build connections for our members through events, introductions and networking.
ii. Develop Work. Life’s presence with the wider London creative community: we want you to be an ambassador for what we do and what we believe in!
Hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm, Mon-Fri
Skills checklist:
Driven, passionate and, most importantly, outgoing. Excellent communication skills. This is a social role. Demonstrated customer service experience. Proven ability of adding value to your customers is a big plus.
Personal Qualities: Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability.
