Job Title: Administrative Staff (Legal)
Functions: General Administration, receiving and making telephone calls, filing of documents, receiving clients, booking appointment for clients, general secretarial duties including typing, invoicing, post handling, typing out dictations, completing different types of forms, supporting the manager in the day to day running of the firm, etc.
experience: No experience required, but previous experience could be an advantage. Training will be given.
Skills: Ability to work at academic level, must have excellent command of English language both verbal and written, (native English speaker preferred), must possess fast typing speed, stress resilient, ability and willingness to learn, team player, ability to perform multiple admin tasks, hardworking, meticulous, excellent customer care, emotionally intelligent and ability to handle confidential information as well as ability to deal with different type of clients in a small but busy firm.
Duration: Temporary, but could be long term if satisfied with performance.
Time: 9.30 am to 5.30 pm (Monday to Friday).
