Admin Office Assistant Needed

A fantastic opportunity for an Admin/ Office Assistant within a East London-based Company. We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic team player who can effectively support a busy team and ensure a smooth running office. The applicant must be efficient, well organised and a quick learner with excellent attention to detail. The ability to multi-task, plan and prioritise is vital, as are good communication skills.
Key responsibilities of this position include:
* Scanning and sending Emails to staff/ clients
* Ensuring office looks neat and tidy at all times
* Diary management
*Packaging and dispatching
*Processing online orders
*Liaising with Customers
*Ordering stationery
*General administration
* Basic assistance with Online sales platform
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office including Word and Excel
- experience in photography and photography processing
- Good communication skills
Appropriate training will be provided to the successful applicant at the start of the employment
Start date as soon as possible
Salary to be agreed and will be dependent on experience and ability. The role is full time, temp to perm.
