An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Admin, Marketing and Sales Assistant to join a small, friendly team in a well established company based in Charing Cross/Strand, London.
The role
As an Admin, Marketing and Sales Assistant you will be responsible for:
• Providing effective administrative support; handling the sales and marketing administration
• Invoicing and crediting
• Answering incoming calls and dealing with any enquiries
• Providing excellent customer service; Offer general customer support as well as addressing and resolving issues regarding their orders
• Active search for and contact potential customers
• Pre and post sale customer care
• Creating marketing copy and assisting in the delivery of marketing activities
What you’ll need
• Strong IT skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Professional telephone manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills with the ability to priorities your workload
• Ability to work well as a team with little supervision
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills
• Confidentiality
• Cooperative and willing to assist others
The company
The company is constantly expanding its range of products and services in order to meet the ever increasing needs of the men’s grooming market and aim to move into a wider field of retail clientele and introduce all their products to a much wider market.
This is part time position 3 days to start with, from October 2022 we should increase to 4 days. Flexible on days, however it has to be Monday-Friday.
