Are you an outstanding administrator with 2 + years of construction  experience? Are you articulate (verbal and written), meticulous, highly organised, a natural multi-Tasker (but also able to complete tasks to the highest standard) - If so, apply now.

It is essential that you have construction experience in a similar role.

This role would be ideal for someone who can demonstrate:

Ability to resolve challenging situations - A confident problem solver.
A natural ability to Churn through data and documents in a highly organised fashion.
Accountability and reliability
Ability to deal with competing priorities and demonstrate a disciplined thought process and precise attention to detail.
Track record of gaining new business through negotiation.

Your role will be to deal with all administrative duties relating to:

New clients
Company financials
Organising appointments and diaries
Development and renovation projects
Estimating
Liaising with contractors
Website/Social Media management

Salary: Up to £25k depending on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £21,000.00 to £25,000.00 /year
