SW6: Property Lettings Book Keeper
We are currently looking for a Book Keeper to assist us with our busy property portfolio.
The main duties of the role will include:
• Processing invoices, accounts to be passed for payment.
• Banks reconciled (lettings / sales / deposits / property management / current)
• Invoice production: Credit control/ Chasing outstanding rent from Tenants.
• Invoice production of service charges and ground rents.
• Various administration support and organisation throughout the office.

The position is extremely varied. Hours will be 10am to 6pm, 2/3 days a week to start, eventually becoming full time, as responsibilities increase. This is a long term position with room for growth as the company expands. The right person will grow with us. About you: good attitude, responsible and well organized, along with clear communication skills. You will require the ability to multi-task, prioritise, and possess excellent attention to detail.
You are capable of working independently but also contributing to and coordinating within a team. You should be dependable, resourceful and calm under pressure. You need to have an ear and an eye for detail whilst being able to prioritise your work and ensure that no item is forgotten.
This will start as a junior role in our company, although experience as a book-keeper is essential. Own car is preferred as it will allow you to travel, for the company, if necessary. IT background also a plus.
In return, we offer an hourly rate of £10.00 for an 8 hr day, based on experience. After the initial training period an assessment of aptitude for the job, will take place, and a pay rise considered. Note, this not a sole book-keeping job, but includes various day to day duties.
