Admin Assistant Required in London

Job description:
We are the oldest tattoo studio in central London and are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to work part-time onsite at our Soho studio. The main duty will be to provide support to the owner and artists, assisting in daily studio needs and managing our general administrative activities.
Responsibilities:

Manage our social media activity
Updating payment records
Organize studio and schedule jobs
Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
Light bookeeping
Creation and maintenance of office management systems and procedures.
Dealing with email queries
Creation of letters, and report
Ordering supplies.  Making sure the artists stations are re-stocked and have everything they need.
Courteously answering all incoming calls and emails.
Meeting and greeting clients
Booking appointments and taking deposits (cash and electronic)
Website maintenance
Archiving

Competencies:

Computer savvy (Mac) including PhotoShop
Number skills
Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
Calm under pressure
Customer focused

Requirements:
Must be18 +
Flexibility is necessary as is a sense of humour.
Must be happy in a creative environment and around artistic temperaments!
An interest in tattooing is an advantage.
Hours: Mon, Wed and Fri 10am -1pm
Saturday 11am-5pm
