Admin Asisstant Required in London

We are a very busy vehicle rental company in North West London, off the A40.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, confident with an excellent telephone manner and an eye for detail.

Main purpose of Role:
To ensure accurate reporting, invoicing and associated document control.

Key tasks and responsibilities include:
1. Invoicing and Document administration
2. Invoice Queries and resolutions with internal and external customers.
3. Maintain accurate records
4. Ensure compliance of Government Data Protection and Regulations.
5. Vehicle Document Control
6. Customer service skills are essential
7. Professional telephone manner and who can converse with customers.
8. Good knowledge of computer skills (Excel, Word.)

The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated with the ability to work on their own initiative, as well as work as part of a dedicated team. The candidate must desire to ensure full compliance to rules within the working environment, as well as show full dedication to tasks they are completing.

Essential requirements:
The candidate will be thrown into a fast paced environment with daily time constraints. Therefore, will need to have a proven track record in administration and be used to working under pressure to complete tasks.
It is essential that the candidate has Customer Service skills.
