Admin and Coordinator Assistant in SW

Admin assistant role available for property maintenance company based in Imperial Wharf, near Chelsea Design Centre. You will be helping our senior coordinator with booking in jobs and organising the diary for the field team and project managers. You will liaise with tenants, property managers and clients as well as our own engineers/trades people. The job will also involve various other admin tasks and working with our cloud based CRM system.
If you have some office admin experience that would be useful, although this is not essential. It's important that you have bundles of common sense though and a quick learner, that can work independently when required. We are also seeking someone with an outgoing personality and plenty of energy.
You should be comfortable working with Excel, Word etc. And have a decent eye for numbers. We also expect you to be fluent in both spoken and written English, especially good with email communication.
