Admin Accounts Assistant Job

A small property management company based in Harrow requires a part time accounts and administrative assistant to assist with the management of a growing property portfolio.
Duties will include;

Data Entry of service charge collections, receipts and expenditure into a specialised block management software.
Payment of invoices
Dealing with enquiries
Instructing tradesmen and contractors
Preparing correspondence and sending out letters to clients.
Ordering stationery

Candidates MUST have excellent communication skills, be computer literate and have some accounts experience.  experience in residential block management is not essential but would be preferred.
The role is ideal for someone who requires part time work for three days a week from 9:30am - 5:00pm.  Hours and days of work are negotiable for the ideal candidate.
