Job Overview
Creation Technology is currently looking for an experienced Accounts Payroll Manager to join the team on a part time / flexible basis.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for running Creation’s monthly Accounts Payroll function and creating management reports.
The role will be onsite in the Chiswick office but may also allow for remote work where appropriate.
Duties and Responsibilities Include
• Complete Bank Reconciliations in preparation for and following Creation’s Monthly Payroll on or around the 20th of the month
• Update and run the Accounts Payroll function using Sage Accounts 50 and Payroll 50 (prior experience is essential)
• Make Monthly Payments to Staff Members on time and with 100% accuracy in payments
• Submit Real Time Information Report to HMRC
• Prepare Payment Documentation with the Operations Team
• Update Monthly Management Reports
• Complete Month End and Year End Processes
• Prepare and Send any Leaver Documentation (e.g. Leaver P45)
• Prepare Annual Documents including P60s
• Statutory Payments, Holiday, Sickness Calculations
• Process BACS Payments
• Ensure that all monthly payroll deadlines are met.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy across all processes within payroll
• Responsible for creating, maintaining and updating all payroll processes
• Deal with employee salary and payroll queries
• Liaise with HM Revenue and Customs where necessary
• Any other payroll duties as required by the business
Requirements and Qualifications
• Prior experience with Sage Accounts and Payroll 50
• Excellent Excel Knowledge
• Accounts / Payroll Qualifications
• Prior experience creating Management Accounts and running Payroll

• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to work independently
• Must be proactive and use own initiative
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good interpersonal skills when liaising with staff members
