An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join Seafood Holdings based in London. Seafood Holdings forms part of the Bidfresh Group, a principal British supplier of fresh fish, meat and produce to the catering industry; a national supplier with strong local heritage. The spectrum of our client base reaches from small independents to large national accounts.As an Accounts Payable Assistant your duties and responsibilities will be working in a close-knit Accounts Payable team, the successful candidate will be responsible for inputting a high volume of purchase invoices into SAP, ensuring customer payments are allocated and reconciling bank statements.An ideal Accounts Payable Assistant will have the following skills and qualifications:To be successful in this role, candidates must be highly organised with strong self-discipline to ensure strict deadlines are met, be persistent in their approach to resolving queries and have a comfortable telephone manner. Due to such, a strong written and verbal use of the English language is required. Previous experience is not necessary as full training will be provided to the right candidate.
