Rocket Licensing is an independent licensing agency which represents a number of media organisations such as; Sony Pictures, Metro Goldwyn Meyer, The World of Eric Carle and Dr.Seuss Enterprises. Our objective is to develop brands such as Ghostbusters, Rocky, The Very Hungry Caterpillar, The Grinch and Musical.ly into consumer products and we do this through marketing and sales to a wide variety of manufacturing and distribution companies, as well as all the UK’s major retailers.
We are looking for a highly numerate, personable and enthusiastic individual to join the growing team as a part-time Accounts Executive (2/3 days per week).
The Accounts Executive will work with our Finance team and our licensee and licensor partners. The role will include; bought and purchase ledger, providing financial and administrative support to both internal and external clients, together with the rest of the team, ensuring correct and timely payments resolving any outstanding issues and producing routine reports, summaries and schedules as required. The candidate should have relevant experience, excellent skills on Excel, Power Point and Word and although training on our accounting and payments software will be provided we would prefer the candidate to be familiar with royalty payment software.
We are looking for a committed and motivated candidate who will be a key team player and who will be engaged in the wider aspects of the company’s dynamic and fast growing licensing business. The working hours will be flexible for the right candidate, who will be based at our office in Vauxhall, London.
