The Adil Group of are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join their busy team.
The group are predominantly a Franchisee of KFC, Burger King and Costa Coffee and we are seeking an Accounts Assistant who has some previous accounts experience and knowledge.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Previous Accounts experience
• A good team player
• Excellent command of English with a good telephone manner
• Good PC skills
• Good excel knowledge
• At home in a fast-moving, pressurized environment.
• Efficient and well organised
• Ability to use own initiative
• Capable of working under pressure with a calm approach
• Able to Plan and Prioritize
• Must have the right to work in the U.K
• Living locally preferable
• Very well presented
RESPONSIBILITIES;
• Recording of purchase invoices on Navision accounting package
• Bank reconciliation
• Supplier payments
• Preparation of Food costs from till rolls and closing stocks
• Preparation of stock transfer and stock movement journals, along with price monitoring
• Preparation of reports for management on weekly basis
• Dealing with suppliers, stores and other related parties
• Daily Banking
• Photocopying / filing
HOURS:
• 9.00 am – 6.00 pm Monday - Friday. No weekend work.
Starting Salary:
Minimum rates apply.
