Overview:
• Fast paced Sports Television Agency, located in Putney, London (SW15)
• Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
• Finance Department of 8 staff
You’ll be responsible for:
• Posting of payments and receipts within an on line multi currency environment.
• Daily bank reconciliations (multi currency).
• Reconciliation of production budgets (approximately 10 + series in production).
• Reconciliation of expense (cash and credit card) accounts.
• Processing sales invoices and reviewing associated contracts.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required by the business.
You’ll need to have / be:
• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong double entry knowledge.
• Confident knowledge of SUN and Microsoft packages with Intermediate experience of Excel.
• Highly numerate, accurate and articulate.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
