Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper
Car Hire Company - Dagenham RM8
Job Summary
We are an East London based Car Hire company seeking an Accounts Assistant/Book keeper to expand our accounts team. The ideal candidate will have excellent numerical and computer skills, good knowledge of excel and is able to work under deadlines.
Hours: 9 am to 6.00 pm
5 Days per week
Responsibilities and Duties
Key responsibilities:
* Maintaining accurate record of suppliers and customer accounts.
* Responsibility for keeping client data records up to date.
* Raising sales invoices and credit notes.
* Processing purchase invoices and credit card receipts.
* Credit Control, assisting with the collection of outstanding invoices.
* Assistance with preparation of Monthly Management Accounts.
* General filing duties
Qualifications and Skills
Required Skills:
* 2 Years experience using Sage Accounts 50
* Highly deadline driven
* Numerate with some accounting or finance administration skills / background.
* Intermediate - Advanced Excel skills
* Excellent administrative and organisational abilities.
* Energetic and highly motivated
* Eye for detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £20,000.00 to £25,000.00 /year
