Ideally, previous experience working with Sales Order Management systems such as Khaos, Bright Pearl.
Sales
Preparing invoices for Retail and Trade Partners.
Reconcile payments via Sage/Paypal/Amazon etc. With Magento orders.
Partner commission – calculating and raising credit notes – reconciling to Partner statements.
Credit control: Trade partners and E-Commerce partner’s month end Month end sales reports preparation.
Month end sales reports preparation
Order Management
Input all E-Commerce and Trade partners orders onto our order management system and check that all other channels orders have been sent via API/EDI.
Ensure all orders are fulfilled and despatched through our order management system.
Raise any order queries with Fulfilment Account Manager.
Customer Services - responsible for the management of enquires / complaints made via our customer service e-mail address and social media accounts.
Stock
Daily management of stock through the order management system, Fulfilment centre and other locations.
Highlight any stock issues or increase in movement.
When stock replenish signed off raise PO and send to Supplier for price and delivery timelines.
Booking stock into Assay for Hallmarking
Update Product Costing File with Price from above.
Ensure Qtr stock takes under taken at Fulfilment and other sites.
Month end reports – Product sales, NPD performance and returns.
Purchases
Checking and Inputting supplier invoices
Reconciling supplier accounts
Preparing payment schedules for sign off and payment.
Other general duties as required
