We are a medium-sized construction materials company based in South Ruislip and as a result of increased orders, we're looking to recruit an accounts assistant to join our team.
This role would involve working within the current accounts department and would involve assisting with;

Invoicing and ordering
Payroll - SAGE
Stock control
Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledger.
Preparing statutory accounts.
Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
Controlling credit and chasing debt.
Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits.

This is a permanent salaried position and salary will be based on experience and qualifications. We are looking to fill this role over the coming few weeks.
