DMD is an exciting hospitality business comprising of pizza brand Voodoo Ray’s (with sites in Dalston, Shoreditch, Camden, and Peckham), Dalston Superstore and Ray’s Bar.
We are looking to expand our central team with an Accounts Assistant/Human Resources Administrator.
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this is a crucial role within the business and a front seat in one of London’s most dynamic F and B; organisations.
Main duties include
Assisting in the production of periodic management accounts, including preparing monthly transfers, journals, accruals, and prepayments.
Reconciling the daily revenue reports for each site via the EPOS system, credit card facilities and bank statements.
Logging and processing all invoices
Collating data in order to provide accurate analysis across the business.
Preparation of sales invoices for large order clients and private events.
Administrating the Human Resources platform, and liaising with our payroll provider.
Setting up of new staff, processing new employee and leavers on the payroll.
Responding swiftly and accurately to payroll, and accounts queries.
