Awaiting Eyes Foundation is a U.K registered charity (no: 1117222), that works for the welfare of the orphan children.
Awaiting Eyes Foundation is looking for passionate, hardworking individuals. Ideally we would prefer individuals that could commit to AT LEAST 3 DAYS A WEEK, for a minimum of 3 MONTHS however we are fully flexible.
Our timings are MONDAY to FRIDAY, 9AM to 5PM, full-days.
Previous Accounts Assistant experience would be preferred but is not essential as full training will be provided.
The job role will consist of:
• Processing and paying invoices
• Recording receipts and payments
• Preparing and checking ledger balances and other monthly accounts
• Completing and submitting VAT returns.
• Handling company expenses
• Updating computerised accounting systems
• Fundraising due to the nature of the organization
