Accounts and Contracts Admin Assistant

We are a literary agency based in Vauxhall and are looking for a full time assistant to provide administrative support for our accounts manager and our contracts manager as well as the office generally. The ideal candidate will be friendly, efficient and organised and must enjoy working to a very high degree of accuracy. The role involves scanning paperwork and sending it to clients, monitoring and sending out correspondence, helping clients with paperwork, ordering stationary for the office, franking post for the agency and other general basic office duties. Applicants should have experience of working in an office, possess the usual computer skills and be confident speaking to clients and be able to provide good references. We are a tight friendly team and are looking for someone who is willing to cheerfully Muck in with whatever needs to be done and doesn’t mind feeling under pressure to get the job done at certain busy times of the year.
