Accounts and Admin Assistant Needed

Duties and Responsibilities:
Fully capable of all aspects of bookkeeping (Handling the petty cash and staff expenses)
Recording the sales and purchase invoices, dealing with suppliers and customers)
Bank and petty cash reconciliation and producing the monthly P/L, balance sheet
Other ad-hoc admin and report analysis tasks and Other Office duties
Skills and Competencies:
Sage50 knowledge is preferred
Excellent communication skills (English and Tamil preferred)
Learning towards a professional qualification is advantageous
Candidates with good attention to details, team working skills and fast learning ability are encouraged to apply.
