PART-TIME ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR required for busy hotel and restaurant in Harrow Wealdstone.

Reporting to the accountant, this varied position includes.

Providing relevant report and management information to hotel manager.
Posting into Sage
BACS payments
Credit control
Reconciling payments and sales ledger invoices,
Banking cash to local branch of bank.
General filing

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be well-organised, be able to use initiative and help with problem-solving, have excellent Excel Skills.  Knowledge of a system such as Sage is beneficial but training will be provided.
Hours: 27.5 hours per week over Monday to Friday.
