Accounts Administration Assistant
Skills
• A basic knowledge of bookkeeping (Sage line 50)
• experience in wholesale and e-commerce industry preferred, but not essential
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Strong organisational, administrative and analytical skills with great attention to detail
• Ability to produce consistently accurate work even whilst under pressure
• Ability to multitask and manage conflicting demands
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
Duties
• Processing e-commerce sales, update Sage and file all related documents on a daily basis
• Raise invoices and credit notes on Stock Management System, create PDF versions and update Sage accordingly
• Entering sales and purchase invoices in Sage and file documents
Data entry on SMS; create stock cards and process customers’ orders
• Process customers’ returns
• Be willing to deal with any additional ad hoc jobs: e.g. Sending customer statements and invoices via e-mail, deposit cheques and other clerical duties as required
Employment
Part-time basis to start with. 20 h per week / flexible
approximately. Salary £12,500 p/a
Start as soon as possible
North London location.
