About Us
We are SIP Group, we are a well-established and rapidly expanding private sector property group based on Cranbrook Road, Ilford. Several exciting opportunities have arisen and we are currently looking for well experienced Accountancy and Administration Assistants to join our expanding team. We are looking for Accountancy and Administration Assistants to join us at Head Office as well as to join us in our Property Management Company. Your role will be centered around accounts as well as assisting the team in the day to day running, including administration.
Salary
The position starts from £9.00 per hour but can be reviewed depending on experience, hard work and motivation.
Timing
Monday – Friday
9Am – 6pm (including 1-hour lunch break)
Saturday
9Am – 1pm
The position is with immediate start, training will be provided.
Job Description:
To update software, Excel Files and Word Files.
Update and renew all compliance documentation including GAS, NICEIC and EPC Certificates.
Arrange tenant repair appointments
Arrange viewings of properties
Chase and collect rents owed
Handle all utility bills and council tax queries.
Produce, send out invoices and chase over-due payments.
Client and supplier management
Prepare necessary contracts, agreements and documentation.
Form filling, letter writing and ability to note take.
Full use of our system software including our booking system software.
Improving facilities, services and standards in our office, as well as implementing new ideas.
Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
experience in this Job (3 + YEARS)
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent telephone manner
An approachable attitude - service with a smile.
Good spoken and written English
A meticulous manner with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team and alone when required, using your initiative.
Ability to prioritise work load and work under pressure.
Good organisational skills with great attention to detail.
Strong IT skills including use of Microsoft Office.
Ability to learn various software
