We are currently looking for a number of Account Managers to cover the London area.
As an Account Manager, the main focus of your role will be to manage a defined number of accounts within a geographical area of London, ensuring they are fully aware of all of Klaremonts’ product offerings to achieve your sales and revenue targets.
Our Account Managers are driven, target focused and passionate about what they do with the ability to building long term relationships with their accounts.
The role is 60% field based, so much of your time will be split between the office in Wimbledon and visiting existing customers, managing the accounts, promoting new products, whilst forging strong business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, this will be via phone, email and site visits.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Develop new business with existing clients through identifying areas of potential growth across product categories.
Escalating any account issues to management where necessary.
Klaremont is a leading supplier of food service products to London's bars, restaurants, clubs, hotels and more, providing thousands of products from Barware, Drinkware through to Hygiene and Table top items. This is an exciting industry to be involved in, and we are now looking to take our strong position in the market to a new level by expanding our team.
We believe in long term relationships and making sure that everyone who works for Klaremont has the best training available and can contribute to the long term growth of the company, whilst also gaining skills and abilities which will benefit them in the future.
This could be an exciting opportunity for the right person. Ideally you will have either some sales, or industry experience, but the main thing we are looking for is personality and work ethic. You will need to be creative, intelligent, and most of all be able to organise yourself as you will be visiting a large number of venues who use a broad spectrum of products.
